          The main items or issues that need to be determined are what is going to be built, it's size, and it's cost .  All are adjustable but must accomodate your comfort level.  So if you know your budget then we can work back from that. If you do not, then think about what kind of feature(s) you might be interested in and then on a blank sheet of paper simply sketch out some of your ideas. What we need to know is approx. where your house is relative to your project or pool, and how tall, wide and deep, (front to back) you estimate your project to be.  Remember this is just to get your creative juices going.  A sample sketch is provided below.
