*   Limited Warranty:   All our projects are built using one of the strongest technologies used in building structures today, steel reinforced concrete.  Henderson Sculptural Arts, Inc., (HSA) therefore agrees to repair any damage due to clear evidence of defective construction methods and/or workmanship for up to two years after project completion date. Any possible product defects shall be limited to that specific manufacturers product warranties only.   HSA DOES NOT COVER any damage to clients project, (or any property placed inside said structure), due to soil settling or 
modifications of land or soil made be anyone within 30' linear feet of said project, and/or due to trenching, excavating or adjacent building.  Any abuse or neglect of said structure by client or their representatives, or contractors ,shall also not be covered.  In addition, any defects in the concrete used in said project, or damage to clients project or stored property, shall be limited to the product warranty of  the concrete provider only, (see specific warranty of concrete supplier for more info.)  At client's option, any needed repairs not covered will be billed to client as new work at the current contractor rate(s) if client so chooses.

* Use restrictions & Limitations:   All our structures are designed to be used to store personal property only.   Any motorcycles, quads or other gasoline powered vehicles must have all gasoline removed from the vehicle prior to storage in a Bunker.   Client(s) agree to clear away all flammables, (wood, brush etc.) from structure a minimum of 75' prior to storing valuables/property inside. Even though they are built with concrete, t he use of a structure as a fire shelter for people or pets is not recommended as any living thing inside the structure would need to have access to breathable air during the complete duration of any fire event and adequate breathable air may not be available inside the structure during a firestorm.  The structure has also not been approved by any governing body or adjency for such use.  Clients should evacuate their residences and comply with all instructions and demands given by police and/or fire fighting personnel.   In any event Client(s) agrees to indemnify Henderson Sculptural Arts, Inc., it's agents, staff, employees, and/or other officers and to assume full and complete responsibility for any accident, injuries, or deaths to any people, persons, pets or animals that use the bunker for this purpose and who does so at owners own risk.   In addition, Client(s) are also responsible for any and all items that are placed inside a   structure.  Client(s) therefor agree to take full responisiblity for said items and agrees to hold harmless and to indemnifiy Henderson Sculptural Arts, Inc., it's agents, staff, employees, and/or officers for any damage or loss of/to said property/items as well as any potential injuries to persons or people resulting from clients choice to store said items in any  storage structure built by HSA, Henderson Sculptural Arts, Inc.
